When ordering through No Dinx, you have the option to use our custom graphic design service at no additional charge. If you have your own artwork prepared or want to use our InkSoft designer, those options are available to you as well.

Add some text to one of the multiple print locations to create some flair and variety to your custom t-shirt. Bring some personalization to your jerseys or team with last names, numbers, or sleeve prints.

Our standard pricing is based on 4 factors: total quantity, price of the garment, number of print locations, and numbers of colors per location. You can choose different items and sizes within the same job so long as the print is the same.

  • How is price calculated for my order?

    Our standard pricing is based on 4 factors: total quantity, price of the garment, number of print locations, and numbers of colors per location. You can choose different items and sizes within the same job so long as the print is the same.

  • Do you offer embroidery services?

    Yes. If you are looking for embroidery services, please mention embroidery in your order details when filling out the “Work With A Designer” form.

  • What is the art policy?

    Any design you submit must be one that you created, or you must have the legal right to use. You may not use material owned by others unless you have their permission. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If someone makes a claim against us because of your design, you agree to pay for any loss we suffer as a result, including legal expenses.

  • What file types can the designer work with?

    They can work with .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .tiff, .pdf, .eps, .svg, and .ai files.

  • How does payment work?

    Once the graphic elements are finished and you have given approval, we will invoice you with the total amount (including shipping if applicable). This amount will need to be received before production begins. We accept debit and credit either over the phone or in-person.

  • I submitted my order. What comes next?

    Thank you for your order. You should have received an on-screen confirmation message as well as an auto-generated email confirming your order details. An account representative will be in touch with you regarding any details and to answer any questions you might have about your order. You will continue communication with your account representative until your order is complete, ensuring all your needs are met and accomplished.

  • Is there a garment minimum?

    Yes, we have a 12 garment minimum.
