Is there an order minimum?

Our order minimum is 12 total garments. They don’t have to be the same color or style of garment — so feel free to mix and match! For example, you can order 4 short sleeve shirts, 4 long sleeve shirts, and 4 hooded sweatshirts to meet our order minimum!

How is price calculated for my order?
Our standard pricing is based on 4 factors: total quantity, price of the garment, number of print locations, and numbers of colors per location. You can choose different items and sizes within the same job so long as the print is the same.
I submitted my order and chose “Arrange payment later” in the Design Studio. What comes next?
Thank you for your order. You should have received an on-screen confirmation message as well as an auto-generated email confirming your order details. An account representative will be in touch with you regarding any details and to answer any questions you might have about your order. You will continue communication with your account representative until your order is complete, ensuring all your needs are met and accomplished.
I completed and paid for my order through the Design Studio. What comes next?
Thank you for your order. You should have received an on-screen confirmation message as well as an auto-generated email confirming your order details. Do you offer embroidery services?
Yes. If you are looking for embroidery services, please fill out a “Work With A Designer” and choose “Embroidery” under “Imprint Method.”
What is the art policy?
Any design you submit must be one that you created, or you must have the legal right to use. You may not use material owned by others unless you have their permission. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If someone makes a claim against us because of your design, you agree to pay for any loss we suffer as a result, including legal expenses.
What file types can I upload my logo or artwork in?
Feel free to upload your artwork, compatible with .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .tiff, .pdf, .eps, .svg, and .ai files.
Where can I leave a note for the screen printer/designer?
Please find the “Finalize” section in the lower left panel of Design Studio and leave a message under the “Add Note” tab.
Are these all the garment options? I can’t find what I’m looking for.
No. We have hundreds of garment options available, however they are not all offered on the Design Studio. Please contact one of our account representatives
