Customer Responsibility: Please check all copy for punctuation, spelling and word usage. Design is considered final upon placement of order.

Color Proofing: When viewing proof images, it’s important to note that colors may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. If you have further concerns, please contact your account representative.

Screen Printing Inks: Since all screens and monitors show colors differently, your finished screen printed shirts may vary from the colors shown on your screen. Our ink colors are based on Pantone color standards which are referenced in color squares on the proof. If you have concerns about the final color of your screen print, please reference a Pantone color book (we have them in our showroom at No Dinx) for a correct color sample. We will do our very best to correctly match the Pantone color, however there may be variances in color due to any number of variables in the screen printing process.

Complimentary Design Time: For all of our customers that order textile products through us, we provide 4 hours of complimentary design time to be used for the purpose of generating a professional design for the screen printing or embroidery of the garment order. As an added benefit, we also allow our clients to use that same design, at no charge, for any other products that they’d like to order through No Dinx. These products can range from vehicle graphics to business cards to banners or signs or to stickers and more. We do not provide our finished artwork to any competing businesses, however if there is a product that we don’t produce we do offer the design files to be released for a charge of $100 per hour for the amount of time that was invested by our design staff on the creation of your artwork.
