Guide To Custom Embroidered Employee Apparel
So you’re thinking about ordering custom embroidered employee apparel? Well, you’ve made the right decision because embroidered garments are a high-quality and durable way to showcase your brand and delight your employees. Here are a couple of things you should know before you start your order.
First We Need Your Logo
First things first, we need your design. Whether you want your logo or a custom design, we can help you through the process. If you want your logo embroidered on a garment, then we need your logo preferably in a vector format so we can easily manipulate it. But, if all you have is a .jpg or .pdf, we can work with those formats as well. If you’d like your embroidery project custom-designed we can help with that too! No Dinx offers up to 4 hours of complimentary professional design on all apparel projects. Once we have your design in our hands, we can move on to the digitizing phase.
Next, We Digitize The Logo
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital file using software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle’s path. For a small one-time fee, we digitize your artwork and keep it on file for future applications. If you need your logo resized larger for a different application, then you will pay a small additional digitizing fee.
If you have questions regarding digitizing pricing please reach out to us and an account manager will walk you through our pricing.
A few common issues we run into when digitizing logos for embroidery are, very fine-line artwork, gradients, and small text. If you have these common issues in your artwork, our team would be happy to tackle them with you so we can find the best solution for your garments.
